Our client, a leading hospitality group  looking for a Club Manager to join their team and take their establishment to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth running and an exceptional experience for members and guests.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage staff across various departments, including reception, service, events, and security.
  • Maintain and enforce the highest levels of customer service, addressing any member concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the clubs budget, control expenses, and oversee financial performance to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute events, activities, and programs that engage and entertain members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain current members.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote club events, memberships, and activities.
  • Monitor and maintain the clubs facilities and equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.
  • Prepare regular reports on club performance, membership status, and operational issues for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a club, hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets, controlling expenses, and improving profitability.
  • Experience in event planning, marketing, and membership sales is a plus.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality operations.
