Our client, a leading hospitality group looking for a Club Manager to join their team and take their establishment to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth running and an exceptional experience for members and guests.
 - Lead, motivate, and manage staff across various departments, including reception, service, events, and security.
 - Maintain and enforce the highest levels of customer service, addressing any member concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
 - Manage the clubs budget, control expenses, and oversee financial performance to meet or exceed revenue targets.
 - Plan and execute events, activities, and programs that engage and entertain members.
 - Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain current members.
 - Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.
 - Collaborate with marketing teams to promote club events, memberships, and activities.
 - Monitor and maintain the clubs facilities and equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.
 - Prepare regular reports on club performance, membership status, and operational issues for senior management.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - 2-3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a club, hospitality.
 - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team.
 - Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 - Proven track record in managing budgets, controlling expenses, and improving profitability.
 - Experience in event planning, marketing, and membership sales is a plus.
 - Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
 - Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality operations.
