Our client is a leading freight forwarding company based in Dubai are looking to hire experienced Sales professional [Emirati National] for their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector by prospecting and networking with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market share.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotations to prospective clients, highlighting the company's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Liaise with internal teams including operations, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding services and timely resolution of client issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is a MUST.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
