Nurses

Our client is currently hiring Nurses with bedside experience for the US market.

What will you do?

• Take vitals, monitor patients' progress, record changes in symptoms
• Keep communication clear between patients and the healthcare organization
• Perform a wide variety of professional nursing services
• Participate in finding solutions for variances in patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions
• Observe signs and symptoms a patient is experiencing
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
  

What are we looking for?

• NCLEX Certification 
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a bedside nurse
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel
• Calm under pressure and critical thinking
  
• Physical and emotional endurance
