PROJECT MANAGER - HOTELS

A leading construction and development group in Addis Ababa is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Hotels to lead the execution of prestigious multinational branded hotels, executive apartments, and luxury 5-star hospitality projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong experience in high-end hotel construction, hospitality fit-outs, and large-scale mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of luxury hotel and hospitality construction projects
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, operators, and international hotel brands
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to international quality standards
• Oversee construction schedules, procurement, site execution, and project reporting
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, MEP, interiors, and finishing works
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience managing branded hotel or luxury hospitality projects
• Background in 5-star hotels, executive apartments, or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, project planning, and stakeholder management
• Experience working with international hotel standards and operators is highly preferred
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• GCC, Africa, or international project experience is an advantage
