About the job HR Assistant
Our client is a restaurant group based in Dubai are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting and updating employee information in the HR database.
- Assisting in payroll preparation by collecting, verifying, and entering employee data
- Posting job openings on various platforms and websites.
- Assisting employees with benefits enrollment and changes.
- Drafting and distributing internal communications, including memos and announcements.
- Generating HR reports and metrics as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
What we are looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant role.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices, UAE Labor laws etc.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and strong MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Preference to be given to candidates who can join immediately.
Working Conditions:
- 4 days remote work and one day onsite
- Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility required to meet deadlines or accommodate meetings.
