EXECUTIVE CHEF

The Team Builders HR Consultancy is hiring an experienced Executive Chef for a prestigious hospitality client in Ethiopia with strong large-scale catering and production experience from the UAE/GCC market.

The ideal candidate must have expertise in managing high-volume food production, kitchen operations, food safety standards, team leadership, and menu development within catering, industrial, airline, camp, or institutional environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen and catering operations
• Manage large-scale food production and quality control
• Develop menus, recipes, and food cost strategies
• Ensure HACCP and international hygiene standards are maintained
• Train, motivate, and manage multicultural kitchen teams
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and kitchen budgets
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain consistency, presentation, and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Strong hotel background with experience in large-scale events and banquets
• International work experience is essential
• Expertise in Mediterranean and international cuisines
• Excellent food presentation, quality control, and culinary standards
• Available to join immediately

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems
