REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the FX industry
• Minimum 1 year experience specifically as a Conversion or Retention Agent
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Target-driven and motivated by performance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FX environment
• Native or fluent level in the required language
• Professional English is an advantage
