The Talent Hunter (TTH) is hiring experienced Finnish-speaking Retention Agents to join a growing FX operation in Dubai.

Requirements

• Fluent Finnish speaker
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in the FX industry – MUST
• Proven experience in client retention and reactivation
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven and commercially minded
• International / multicultural experience is an advantage
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai

Package

• €2,000 Base Salary
• + 5% Commission
• Relocation Package
• Dubai-based position
