Job Opportunity: French Retention Agents (FX Industry)

Location: International Office (Relocation Available)

About the Role

Our client is expanding their French-speaking team and is seeking experienced Retention Agents with a proven background in the FX industry. If you are target-driven, passionate about sales, and know how to build long-term client relationships while maximizing revenue, this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing international brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of French-speaking clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Encourage additional deposits and increase client lifetime value.
• Meet and exceed individual KPIs and monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions using the company's CRM.
• Stay informed about financial markets and company products.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Retention experience within the FX / CFD industry.
• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Valid EU Passport (Mandatory) due to visa requirements.
