Job Summary

We are seeking an engaging and sharp-witted Casino Dealer to join our gaming team. As the face of our casino floor, you will be responsible for operating table games (such as Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, and Craps) while delivering an exceptional, high-energy entertainment experience for our guests.

No experience is needed, you will have the chance to work at one of the most prestigious casino's in Cyprus while receiving a full training.

The ideal candidate possesses impeccable manual dexterity, sharp mathematical calculation skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining game integrity and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Game Operation: Conduct table games in accordance with casino policies, house rules, and local gaming regulations. Ensure appropriate pace of play while maintaining an engaging atmosphere.

Financial Accuracy: Accurately exchange cash for gaming chips, calculate payouts instantly, and collect losing wagers with precision.

Game Security & Integrity: Actively monitor the table to ensure game security, protect casino assets, and identify any irregularities, card counters, or suspicious behavior, reporting them discreetly to supervisors.

Guest Relations: Provide top-tier customer service by greeting players, explaining game rules clearly to beginners, and managing table dynamics with tact and professionalism.

Compliance & Asset Control: Strictly adhere to internal controls, chip-handling procedures, and table closing/opening protocols.

Experience: No experience required

Mental Math Skills: Good mental arithmetic skills for rapid, flawless calculation of complex payouts and chip totals.

Communication & Demeanor: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming demeanor under pressure.

Physical Stamina: Excellent manual dexterity and the physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods, stretch across gaming tables, and remain alert during night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
