We are currently hiring experienced FX Conversion & Retention Agents for an established operation in Sofia, Bulgaria.

CONVERSION AGENTS – ENGLISH

Sofia, Bulgaria – LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in FX
• Previous experience specifically as a Conversion Agent
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven ability to convert leads into FTDs
• Target-driven and commercially minded
• Confident communication and objection-handling skills
• Professional and motivated approach

Important: This position is for candidates already based in Sofia/Bulgaria only. No relocation package for Conversion Agents.

RETENTION AGENTS – ENGLISH

Sofia, Bulgaria – LOCAL & RELOCATION

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in FX
• Previous experience specifically in FX Retention
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven ability to retain and develop existing clients
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent objection handling and relationship-building abilities
• Target-driven, persistent and commercially focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FX environment
