Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (native or near-native level)

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a Conversion Agent in the FX or iGaming industry)

• Strong closing skills and ability to work under pressure

• Knowledge of sales strategies and client conversion techniques

• Target-driven, with a hunger for success
