Our client, a well-established international FX company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Turkish Floor Manager to lead and develop their Turkish Desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Turkish-speaking sales professionals.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs while ensuring team targets are consistently achieved.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to maximize conversion and revenue generation.
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
- Lead by example and maintain high standards of professionalism and productivity.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Analyze performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Floor Manager within the FX/Forex industry (mandatory)
Proven experience managing and leading high-performing sales teams
Native or fluent Turkish language skills
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
