Base Salary: €2,000

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and secretarial duties.
  • Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and internal documents.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and company calendars.
  • Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR, Recruitment, or Administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience within HR and/or Recruitment is considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
