Base Salary: €2,000
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and secretarial duties.
- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare contracts, letters, and internal documents.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and company calendars.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR, Recruitment, or Administrative role is preferred.
- Experience within HR and/or Recruitment is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
