Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced FX Recruiter based in Cyprus with proven hands-on recruiting experience specifically within the foreign exchange (FX/FX options/FX sales & trading/FX operations) industry.
The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end talent lifecycle for FX roles. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for FX-related roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of FX talent (traders, sales, portfolio managers, quant analysts, risk managers, FX ops, QA, devs with FX experience).
  • Use proactive sourcing channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, headhunting, referrals, networking at industry events.
  • Assess technical and cultural fit for FX-specific roles; conduct technical screening and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
  • Manage job adverts, role briefs, and candidate communications to ensure excellent candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, salary benchmarking and market intelligence for Cyprus and international FX markets.
  • Support employer branding and talent initiatives targeted at FX professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal hiring policies.

Minimum Qualifications (MUST HAVE):

  • 1+ years recruiting experience with demonstrable, hands-on experience recruiting specifically in the FX industry (brokerage, bank FX desk, FX-focused fintech.
  • Proven track record filling FX trading, sales, risk, operations or FX-focused tech roles.
  • Strong network within the FX community (Cyprus region and/or global FX hubs).
  • Fluent English; Any other language is a strong plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
  • Sound understanding of FX products, market structure, trading desk roles and regulatory environment.
