BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

KEY REQUIREMENT

MINIMUM 3 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN THE FX INDUSTRY IS A MUST.

We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to join an international Forex team on a fully remote basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FX industry, proven business development experience and an established network within their target market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Develop strategic partnerships within the FX industry
• Drive business growth and revenue across the assigned market
• Generate and manage new leads and opportunities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Management teams

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of proven experience in the FX industry — MUST
• Previous experience in Business Development, Partnerships or Sales
• Native or fluent Thai, Malaysian or Indonesian
• Strong understanding of the Forex / financial markets
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Existing network within the relevant market is highly advantageous
• Self-motivated, ambitious and results-driven
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
