About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Retention Team Leader / Manager to oversee and develop a high-performing Turkish Retention team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving client loyalty, increasing client lifetime value, and ensuring exceptional customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Retention Agents.
- Monitor and improve retention performance and client satisfaction.
- Coach team members to maximize client engagement and trading activity.
- Analyze client behavior and develop effective retention strategies.
- Ensure achievement of departmental KPIs and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize client experience.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Team Leader, Manager, or similar position within the FX industry (mandatory).
- Native or fluent Turkish speaker.
- Strong understanding of retention strategies and client relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets.
