About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Retention Team Leader / Manager to oversee and develop a high-performing Turkish Retention team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving client loyalty, increasing client lifetime value, and ensuring exceptional customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Retention Agents.
  • Monitor and improve retention performance and client satisfaction.
  • Coach team members to maximize client engagement and trading activity.
  • Analyze client behavior and develop effective retention strategies.
  • Ensure achievement of departmental KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize client experience.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Team Leader, Manager, or similar position within the FX industry (mandatory).
  • Native or fluent Turkish speaker.
  • Strong understanding of retention strategies and client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets.
