The Talent Hunter (TTH) is recruiting experienced French & English-speaking Conversion Agents to join a growing FX team in Cyprus.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced FX sales professionals looking to relocate to Cyprus and take their career to the next level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Convert qualified leads into active clients
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with French-speaking clients
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients
• Identify client needs and present suitable trading solutions
• Follow up effectively to maximise conversion opportunities
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
• Handle objections and close sales confidently
• Maintain accurate client records and activity in the CRM
• Work closely with Sales and Retention teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent French
• Strong English
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Agent
• Mandatory experience within the FX / Forex industry
• Proven sales and lead-conversion track record
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong objection-handling and closing abilities
• Target-driven, ambitious and results-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment

RELOCATION

Relocation to Cyprus is available for suitable candidates.

Candidates currently based outside Cyprus are encouraged to apply.
