About the Role

Our client is urgently expanding its French-speaking team in Bulgaria and is looking for motivated Conversion and Retention Agents with experience in the FX industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conversion: Contact and engage potential clients, explain the company's services, follow up on leads, and work toward conversion targets.
• Retention: Manage relationships with existing clients, maintain regular communication, support client retention, and work toward performance targets.
• Communicate professionally with French-speaking clients by phone and other business channels.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow internal procedures.
• Work toward individual KPIs and team objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent French, spoken and written.
• Must already be located in Bulgaria — local candidates only.
• Relevant experience in a Conversion or Retention role within the FX/Forex industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
