Job Title: Conversion & Retention Agent

Location: MAURITIUS - CYPRUS - SERBIA

Position Overview: We are currently hiring experienced Conversion & Retention Agents for our significant client with offices in Mauritius and Cyprus. The primary focus will be on retaining customers in the Spanish Market (LATAM) (ES). If you have a passion for customer engagement and a proven track record in retention, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with existing clients to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize proactive communication strategies to address client concerns and prevent churn.
  • Conduct follow-up communications via phone and email to foster strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Develop and implement effective retention strategies tailored to the specific needs of each market.
  • Analyze customer feedback and retention trends to propose actionable improvements.
  • Achieve and exceed retention targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) determined by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer retention, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting retention goals.
