Position Overview: We are seeking skilled Conversion Agents for our Dutch, English, and Spanish desks. The ideal candidates will be responsible for effectively converting leads into satisfied customers across these language markets. This role requires a strong command of the respective languages and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Conversion:
   • Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to convert leads into sales.
   • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring a high conversion rate.
2. Communication:
   • Provide clear and detailed information about products and services in Dutch, English, or Spanish.
   • Ensure all communications are relevant and focused on the customers requirements.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
   • Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
4. Reporting and Feedback:
   • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in the CRM system.
   • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian, English, Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Proven experience as Conversion Agent in FX Industry a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
