Affiliate Manager (Indian Market)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our team in the Forex industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing affiliate networks, with a specific focus on the Indian market. You will be responsible for recruiting, activating, and optimizing affiliate partnerships that drive high-quality traffic, deposits, and conversions from India. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a􀆯iliate marketing strategies targeting the Indian market.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners with proven tra􀆯ic sources in India.

Cultivate strong relationships with top-performing a􀆯iliates, providing support, performance feedback, and growth opportunities.

Monitor a􀆯iliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Ensure affiliates adhere to regulatory, compliance, and brand guidelines relevant to Forex marketing.

Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with local regulations.

Provide regular performance reports to management and suggest improvement strategies.

Attend regional industry events and affiliate expos (online and in-person) to expand the network.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a􀆯iliate marketing, preferably in Forex, crypto, or online trading.

Demonstrated success managing affiliates focused on the Indian market.

Deep understanding of Indian online traffic channels, a􀆯iliate networks, and compliance nuances.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools (e.g., Cellxpert, Everflow, HasOffers, Impact).
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven
environment.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing regional CPA, CPL, and Revenue Share deals.
Knowledge of financial regulations and advertising guidelines relevant to India.
Existing network of Indian Forex or financial affiliates.
