Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our expanding office. The ideal candidate will oversee HR functions, drive talent acquisition strategies, and enhance employee engagement in alignment with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with business goals.
• Manage recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while filling various positions as we aim to hire 150 people.
• Support current and future business needs through talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Implement performance management systems to foster employee development and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive workplace culture, advocating for employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-growing organization.
  
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
