As a French Conversion Team Leader in the forex industry, you will be responsible for leading a team that focuses on converting leads into loyal customers. Your role will involve strategizing and implementing conversion tactics to optimize the conversion rate.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of conversion specialists.
Develop and implement conversion strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
Monitor conversion rates and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align conversion strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in conversion optimization.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role in the forex industry.
Strong knowledge of conversion optimization techniques.
