Our client is a dynamic and innovative company looking to expand its footprint in Latin America. They are seeking a motivated Conversion and Retention Managers to join their team and drive customer engagement and retention efforts in the region.

Job Overview:

As a Conversion and Retention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. You will lead a team focused on building long-term relationships with customers and maximizing revenue growth through effective conversion tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute conversion strategies to achieve revenue targets in LATAM.

Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in retention efforts.

Work closely with marketing to create campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Train, mentor, and manage a team of conversion and retention representatives.

Monitor and report on conversion performance, customer feedback, and retention metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in conversion or customer retention roles in FX industry A MUST.

Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and analytics.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish; proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to relocate to Colombia or Mexico.
