CONVERSION & RETENTION AGENTS (Turkish - German - Japanese Desk) [THAILAND]

Position: Conversion & Retention Agent (Turkish - German - Japanese Desk)
Location: Thailand

We are seeking experienced Conversion & Retention Agents to join our team in Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with Turkish, German or Japanese -speaking customers to improve conversion rates and enhance customer retention.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to Turkish, German and Japanese -speaking customers to convert leads into sales.
2. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in Turkish, Japanese or German (both verbal and written) is essential.
2. Proven experience as Conversion or Retention Agents is a must (Min 1 year)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
