Job Description:
As a Retention Manager for our LATAM Desk based in Sofia, Bulgaria,  you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain customers from Latin American regions. Your primary goal will be to ensure high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business from our LATAM customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify key factors influencing customer retention in the LATAM market and develop retention strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to understand behavior patterns and preferences.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive efforts in customer retention.
  • Implement initiatives to increase customer engagement and decrease churn rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience for LATAM customers.
  • Monitor customer retention metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of retention strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer retention efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer retention, preferably in a global or LATAM market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with LATAM customers is preferred.
