Job Description:

• Serve as a primary contact for clients in the capital markets sector, focusing on client retention and satisfaction
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to enhance client retention
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of capital markets products and services to educate clients and promote retention
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
• Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for retention strategies and client engagement initiatives
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to better support client retention efforts
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and retention activities

Requirements:

• Fluency in FRENCH; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Prior experience in a client-facing role within the capital markets industry a must
• Strong understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and systems

Base Salary: 2,000 - 2,500 (Depending on experience)
