We are seeking a talented and motivated Gaming Business Intelligence professional to join an amazing team and transform our gaming-related data into actionable insights and informative reports using Metabase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gaming KPI Reporting:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that focus on gaming-specific KPIs, such as player acquisition, retention, churn, customer lifetime value, and game performance metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to track the performance of promotions and game offerings.

Casino and Sportsbook Analytics:

Analyze and report on casino and sportsbook-related metrics, including revenue, bet volume, win percentage, and customer segment analysis.

Player Behavior Analysis:

Analyze player behavior data to provide insights into player preferences, patterns, and trends to support game development and marketing strategies.

Compliance and Security Reporting:

Create reports related to gaming compliance and security, ensuring that all gaming operations adhere to regulatory standards.

Data Governance:

Ensure data quality and integrity in gaming-related datasets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Metabase and powerBi Proficiency:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Metabase and powerBi platforms, including the ability to navigate, customize, and optimize it for reporting.

Build complex dashboards and reports in Metabase, leveraging its features to create interactive visualizations and insights.

SQL Expertise:

Proficiency in SQL to write, optimize, and troubleshoot queries for data extraction and transformation.

Ability to design and implement SQL-based data models to serve as the foundation for Metabase and powerBi reports.

Drill-Down Functionality:

Implement drill-down features in Metabase reports, allowing users to explore data hierarchically and gain detailed insights.

Design and create interactive drill-through reports for deeper data exploration.
