Job Description: Onboarding Agent (Israel)

Location: Israel

Salary Range:
2000 - 3000 Euro (Terms & Conditions Apply)

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist new customers in the onboarding process, guiding them on account setup and product/service features.
  2. Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients, addressing any queries or issues promptly.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for customer onboarding.
  4. Collect feedback from customers during the onboarding process to improve procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Provide training and support to customers on using company products/services effectively.
  6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and onboarding progress for reference and analysis.
  7. Stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and best practices to better assist customers.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and thorough onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English languages, both written and spoken.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing procedures and customer needs.
