Job Title: Retention Manager for English Desk (Limassol, Cyprus)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Salary Range: 3000 - 5000 Euro(T&C apply)

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute retention strategies specifically tailored for English Desk
  2. Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends to enhance retention efforts.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer retention goals.
  4. Implement initiatives to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction levels.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to retention for the South Africa desk.
  6. Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities and best practices in customer retention.
  7. Lead a team of retention specialists, providing guidance and support for achieving retention targets.
  8. Prepare and present reports to senior management on retention strategy effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer retention management, particularly in a financial services setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Leadership capabilities to effectively manage a team for successful retention outcomes.
  • Knowledge of South African market dynamics and customer preferences is a plus.
