Job Title: Retention Manager for English Desk (Limassol, Cyprus)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Salary Range: 3000 - 5000 Euro(T&C apply)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention strategies specifically tailored for English Desk
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends to enhance retention efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer retention goals.
- Implement initiatives to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction levels.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to retention for the South Africa desk.
- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities and best practices in customer retention.
- Lead a team of retention specialists, providing guidance and support for achieving retention targets.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on retention strategy effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer retention management, particularly in a financial services setting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Leadership capabilities to effectively manage a team for successful retention outcomes.
- Knowledge of South African market dynamics and customer preferences is a plus.
