With a dynamic approach and a focus on growth, we are seeking passionate Affiliate Country Managers for various countries to lead our affiliate operations and drive market penetration.

Job Description:

As an Affiliate Country Manager, you will oversee all aspects of affiliate business development, operations, and marketing within your designated country. We are looking for experienced leaders who understand the ins and outs of the gambling affiliate landscape in their region, can establish KPIs, and lead a team of 24 people effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow affiliate partnerships within the designated country.

Leverage profound knowledge of the gambling affiliation landscape to identify opportunities and potential challenges.

Bring in your Team with your own data and contacts developed over the years, including relationships with VIP players in the country you work in.

Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive growth.

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and affiliates, focusing on VIP client management.

Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with company goals.

Recruit, lead, and develop a local affiliate team to successfully execute business initiatives.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in affiliate marketing, particularly in the gambling sector, with in-depth knowledge of your regions dynamics.

Experience in managing VIP clients effectively.

Strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset.

Ability to build and lead a team (24 members).

Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the gambling sector.

Established networks and contacts in the industry, including VIP players.
