Job Title: Spanish Conversion Agent

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Working Hours:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients in Spanish through various communication channels to convert inquiries into sales.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and queries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve conversion strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
