Job Title: English - German speaking Experienced Conversion Agents

Location: Paphos, Cyprus

Salary: 1,500 - 2,000 per month (depending on experience)

Relocation Package: Available for qualified candidates with significant experience (EU Citizens only)

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated, dynamic, and experienced English & German Experienced Conversion Agents to join our team in the beautiful town of Paphos, Cyprus, renowned for its lovely marina and stunning landscapes. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inquiries into successful sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and providing an exceptional experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to convert inquiries into sales.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and achieve targets.

Provide detailed product knowledge and assistance to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as conversion agent in English and German

Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining customer-focused.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
