Position: CRM Manager (FX Industry)

Preference will be given to candidates who are local to Moldova or willing to relocate to the region


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager to join our team in Moldova. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM management, particularly within the FX (Foreign Exchange) industry. This role will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer relationships, drive engagement, and increase retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer data to optimize communication and marketing efforts

Monitor customer lifecycle stages and implement retention strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM management, preferably in the FX industry

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
