Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated Conversion & Retention Agents who are proficient in Arabic to join our team in Cyprus. As a Conversion & Retention Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers in the Arabic language to drive conversions and ensure customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential customers in Arabic to promote products/services and drive conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers in Arabic to enhance retention rates.
• Provide excellent customer service in Arabic through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize conversion and retention strategies for Arabic-speaking customers.
• Meet and exceed conversion and retention targets set by the company.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Cyprus market and culture is a plus.
