Position Overview:
As a Conversion Agent, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and facilitating the conversion of leads into satisfied clients. Your fluency in Russian will be essential for effective communication and building lasting relationships with our Russian-speaking clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Work to convert leads into sales by guiding clients through the purchase process.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively address inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement conversion tactics.
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer information.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and customer service initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English or Montenegrin is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or conversion roles ideal in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
