Job Title: Retention Agent (French-NL Speaking)

Job Description: As a Retention Agent, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring that they receive top-notch service throughout their experience with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Understand clients' needs and concerns, providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase client loyalty.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor client accounts and follow up on feedback to improve service.
• Support clients in navigating the platform and available services.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in French or/and Dutch (oral and written) is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service or a retention-focused role, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
