Job Title: Conversion & Retention Agent
Location: Montenegro
Job Summary:
As a Conversion & Retention Agent, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting long-term loyalty. You will interact with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and encourage conversions and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential customers through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat) to promote services and drive conversions.
Manage follow-ups with existing customers to assess satisfaction levels and encourage renewals or upgrades.
Analyze customer feedback and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and reduce churn rates.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on conversion strategies and promotional offers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for team members.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retention roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to drive decisions.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Montenegrin and English (other languages are a plus).
