Job Description:
As a Conversion Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to convert leads into successful sales. You will utilize your expertise to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through various channels (phone, email, etc.) to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of the companys offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our client's services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Conversion Agent or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
