About the job BANKING SOLUTIONS OFFICER (Cyprus)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct market research to stay updated on new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and emerging payment technologies
Identify and onboard new banking solutions to expand the organizations payment offerings
Continuously evaluate and improve payment processes to boost user experience and operational efficiency
Implement cost-reduction strategies for payment processing and increase transaction success rates
Establish and maintain strong relationships with payment service providers to foster effective communication and collaboration
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms with payment providers
Oversee the integration and ongoing management of payment gateways
Monitor payment processing performance, addressing any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations
Ensure all payment processes adhere to industry regulations and internal policies
Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to maintain high security standards and prevent fraud
Develop and implement payment policies and procedures when applicable
Generate regular reports on payment performance, offering insights and recommendations to senior management
Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
