Position Summary:

As a Dutch/German Retention Agent, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. You will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their loyalty to our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to retain our customers by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with Dutch and German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our services.

Actively engage with customers to increase satisfaction and retention rates.

Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving customer loyalty.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Assist in other customer-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch or German is required; proficiency in English is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, retention, or sales is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
