JUNIOR AFFILIATE MANAGER (AR)

Junior Affiliate Manager:
 A leading organization in the fintech industry specializing in online trading, is looking to add a rising star for the position of Junior Affiliate Manager.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Affiliate Manager to support affiliate marketing initiatives, manage relationships with partners, and drive growth through the company's network.

Responsibilities:
Actively search for and onboard new affiliates across different regions to expand the affiliate portfolio and increase sales potential.
Manage day-to-day Affiliate Account operations: Push campaigns to affiliates and help them maximize the company's CR & ROI.
Negotiate terms and payouts to ensure partner satisfaction.
Manage affiliate billing on a weekly/monthly basis.
Prepare performance reports, track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities from affiliates.
Collaborate with the team to ensure company KPIs are met.

Requirements:
· At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the online industry (e.g., Gaming/Forex) and managing large monthly budgets.
· Experience working with international companies/clients.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
· Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage and grow affiliate relationships in a competitive market.
· Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
· Driven and results oriented.
· High level of English is a must.

· Arabic and other languages an advantage.
