Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in English, Spanish, French, or Italian to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to increase conversion rates.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet departmental goals and drive success.
• Utilize CRM tools to track performance metrics and analyze conversion/retention trends.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and at least two of the following languages: Spanish, French, or Italian.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with technology and proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
