Position Overview:
The Retention Manager for the Canadian Desk will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer retention strategies tailored to the Canadian market. This role involves analyzing customer behavior, identifying trends, and creating initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn among Canadian clients.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns aimed at re-engaging lapsed customers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention and report on progress to senior management.
- Conduct regular reviews of retention programs, utilizing data analysis to refine and improve tactics.
- Work closely with customer support and product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and service offerings.
- Train and mentor team members on retention best practices and customer relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer retention, in a similar role, preferably within the financial services or online gaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Canadian market and its customer preferences is a plus.
