Job Title: French Retention Agent

Location: Serbia , Cyprus , Israel , Türkiye (Relocation offered only for Serbia and Cyprus; locals only for Turkey)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in French via phone, email, and chat to retain their business.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to align retention strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in French, both written and spoken. Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or retention roles is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
