Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Conversion and Retention Agents who are fluent in ITALIAN, You will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients experiences, ensuring high retention rates, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
• Implement strategies to convert leads into active clients.
• Monitor client engagement and retention metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute retention campaigns.
• Provide feedback to management on client experience and potential improvements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in ITALIAN (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in the FX industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
