Job Title: Personal Assistant/Office Manager

Location: Cyprus

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/Office Manager to support senior management and ensure the smooth operation of our office in Cyprus. This role involves a combination of administrative support and office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Organize and maintain office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, managing inventory and placing orders when necessary.
  • Implement and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
