Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retention Agent to join our team in Turkey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the foreign exchange industry and possess excellent communication skills in English, Japanese, and Chinese. The primary responsibility will be to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates by providing exceptional support and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients through various communication channels to address their needs and concerns effectively.
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for re-engagement and retention.
• Develop personalized strategies to strengthen client relationships and improve customer loyalty.
• Provide timely and accurate information on FX products and services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create retention-focused campaigns.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FX market trends and company offerings.
• Prepare regular reports on retention metrics and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English, Japanese, or Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in the FX industry or similar fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
