Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retention Team Leader for our English Desk. The successful candidate will manage a team focused on customer retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of retention specialists to achieve retention goals.
• Develop and implement retention strategies tailored to the English-speaking market.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for team members.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer retention, team leadership, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
